Lonarc musicians perform at the Swedenborg Hall, London on 10th November 2024. 

In the first half they perform  Johann Went's  'Quartetto Concertante in Bb major'  (c.1795) for Oboe, Oboe d'Amore, Cor Anglais and Bassoon followed by Edwin Roxburgh 'Shadow-Play' (1984)  for oboe trio.

In the second half the Lonarc Oboe Trio perform Josef Triebensee's Variations on a Theme by Haydn form his Symphony No 94 "The Surprise' followed by Went's Partita in Bbmajor K242 for Octet.

As an encore they perform a Lonarc Foundation commissioned from Gary Carpenter which was his arrangement of Leroy Anderson's 'Saraband' 1948.
